What is G-CORE?
G-CORE™ is a synthetic, recycled modular sub-base system designed for fast, clean, and sustainable ground preparation. Each lightweight panel clicks together to create a strong raft foundation with built-in drainage and conduit channels for services.
Replacing traditional hardcore, G-CORE reduces excavation, speeds up installation, and delivers a cleaner, carbon-friendly, and stronger engineered foundation. Made from 99% recycled plastic, it minimises waste while forming a stable platform for patios, paths, garden buildings, sheds, and even commercial projects such as sports courts.

Fill & reinforce if required
Fill voids with suitable material (sharp sand, gravel, concrete) and use conduit channels for pipes or cables

Install slabs, artificial grass, decking, concrete or other finishes directly over the raft foundation.
